Teeya Raghunandan, DPM
Dr. Teeya Raghunandan is a highly skilled board qualified
podiatrist, who brings an abundance of expertise and compassion to
her patients.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience at the
distinctive all women's college, Smith College and her Doctor of
Podiatric Medicine (DPM), from the New York College of Podiatric
of Medicine.
Dr. Raghunandan furthered her career at a 3-year podiatric
surgical residency program at NYU Grossman Long Island School of
Medicine in Mineola, NY and NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk. During
her years as a resident, she worked with a wide range of patient
populations and had extensive training in both conservative and
surgical managements for a multitude of foot and ankle concerns.
Her extensive training at a Level 1 Trauma Center has allowed her
to specialize in limb salvage, wound care, sports medicine,
bunions, hammertoes and more.
Dr. Raghunandan also holds board qualifications from the American
Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS), assuring a standard care
of her patients. She is committed to furthering her education and
growth in the field of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, having
taken part in national conferences and producing publications. She
is also a part of various reputable professional organizations,
including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS)
and the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA).
Dr. Raghunandan is committed to providing exceptional patient care
by approaching her patients with compassion and by creating
individual treatment plans with evidence-based medicine to enhance
patient mobility, comfort, and overall health.
